Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT POLICY I understand that all sessions are paid in advance to reserve the scheduled appointment time. Payment confirms my booking. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY ✔ Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. • Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. • Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client and cannot be reassigned on short notice. ✔ No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows ✔ One-time courtesy reschedule for illness/emergency We understand that unexpected illness or emergencies may occur. In such cases, Can You Help Me, LLC may, at its discretion, offer a one-time courtesy reschedule. This courtesy does not apply to repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
